The Moser's Farm Market Dad Joke Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Moser's Farm Market ("Sponsor).
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Moser's Farm Market are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on Thursday, June 18 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Saturday, June 20 ("Contest Period"). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, send Moser's a dada joke by email at mosersfarmmarket@gmail.com; or on the official Contest post published on Moser's Farm Market's social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments from the same participant may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion. Entries must:
Be the original work of the entrant.
Not contain offensive, obscene, defamatory or unlawful content.
Not infringe upon the rights of any third party
Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these rules.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Judging criteria will be the funniest joke chosen by Moser's Farm Market staff based on humor, originality, and family-friendliness.
The drawing will take place on or about Sunday, June 21 at 9 am.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $25 Moser's Farm Market gift card. (Approximate Retail Value: $25). The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by comment, direct message or other reasonable means within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, social media username, hometown and submitted joke for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional notice.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Moser's Farm Market, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses or injuries arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for administration of the Contest and in accordance with applicable laws.
Social Media Disclaimer
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and any other applicable platform from any responsibility release to the Contest.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters related to the Contest are final and binding.
Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a request to Moser's Farm Market within thirty (30) days following the end of the Contest.
